Your own vows
To give your special day a personal touch, you may wish to write your own vows, select the music and readings, choose who is to participate and in what role. You may wish to use material I provide for you or compose the entire ceremony yourself – or if you prefer, leave it all to me.
Symbols and ceremonies
You might like to choose from an array of symbolic gestures to complement your wedding ceremony in a beautiful and visible way. Ceremonies may include exchanging a single rose as your first gift to each other as a newly married couple, handfasting (binding your hands with ribbon whilst you take your vows), sharing wine, lighting your marriage candle or blending different coloured sand to make a beautiful keepsake.
Your Ceremony Package includes:
- At least two interviews - more if required.
- Unlimited phone and email contact.
- All legal documentation and registration of your marriage.
- Your own wedding ceremony resources which includes information about the legal requirements, the structure of the ceremony, a selection of readings, poetry, examples of vows, words for the exchange of rings and other information on request.
- Suggestions about how to include significant others in your ceremony, especially children and parents.
- A personal ceremony written just for you.
- A wedding rehearsal.
- A presentation copy of your marriage ceremony.
- The use of a PA system for outdoor weddings.
- A professionally conducted ceremony.
